More About Hannah

Bio: I’m a biology and environmental science teacher at Mountain Vista Governor’s School, where I get to share my love of science and the natural world with young people every day. I especially enjoy getting students outside, encouraging them to ask questions, and helping them see the connections between science, their community, and the world around them. I’m excited to bring that same spirit of curiosity, service, and community to my work with Habitat for Humanity.

Fun Fact:  I own a toy store - Play Favorites in Front Royal!

Why I love Warren County:

I love Warren County because it feels like home in all the ways that matter. We have beautiful mountains, the Shenandoah River, wonderful places to explore, and—most importantly—a community of people who care about their neighbors. I love that Front Royal has a small-town spirit where people know each other, show up for each other, and are willing to lend a hand. It’s a special place to live, and I’m grateful to be part of it.
