Bio: I am a licensed professional counselor, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, and founder of ClearHorizon Forensic & Counseling Group. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Dr. Rosario is committed to improving access to mental health, substance use, and forensic counseling services throughout the community. His connection to Warren County is rooted in his work serving local youth, adults, and families through ClearHorizon’s Front Royal office.

Fun Fact: A fun fact about me is that I am also a competitive athlete who trains for track-and-field events, including the 400-meter and 600-meter races and long jump.
